If yes I feel you I\’ve been there because of desperation to lose weight I did all of these however something\’s happen what is that? I\’ll tell you more.

  Doing these is nice to inspire people and also for yourself it is nice to wear your clothes that you didn\’t wear before. It\’s so nice to see if you lose a lot of lbs. and you did your part so what\’s next after all of these? Are you healthy even though you didn\’t eat a lot because you avoiding getting fat?     Weight loss Weight loss is a decrease in body weight resulting from either voluntary (diet, exercise) or involuntary (illness) circumstances. Most instances of weight loss arise due to the loss of body fat, but in cases of extreme or severe weight loss, protein and other substances in the body can also be depleted.

   Taking an extreme approach to lose weight fast may help you get the most out of your diet right out of the gate. Without bogging you down with science jargon, the human gut has a variety of bacteria working to keep it healthy. Heavier people tend to have gut bacteria that’s best-suited for digesting a large amount of calories. Thinner people, on the other hand, carry bacteria capable of breaking down a lower calorie diet.
This is, in part, why people tend to lose more weight at the start of a diet than they do after a few weeks. Your gut bacteria needs time to adjust to your new diet. This means that there’s a window of time where you’re burning a larger amount of calories at a lower level of intake. A week of extreme weight loss dieting may provide a temporary solution for those looking to stun at a wedding or turn heads at a high school reunion.
 When I lose 10kgs it changes my lifestyle including my body well I stuck of lessening food of carbohydrates which is not good because it gives you a lot of energy but eating of too many carbohydrates it gives you a lot of cholesterol that you cause you fat and bigger tummy without exercise so that time I sick I feel a lot of dizziness that I can\’t focus on what I\’m doing then also I got lower blood temperature that can make me look pale so that\’s it in a shot I\’m getting sick.

 While an extreme weight loss diet is a realistic short-term strategy, it is by no means sustainable in the long term. Real weight loss requires a lifestyle change. It’s incredibly difficult to follow the strict dietary demands extreme weight loss often entails. Few following such a strict diet will develop the healthy habits for sustained weight loss. On top of this, it’s easy to push yourself too far.
As you cut calories drastically, you put yourself at risk for daytime drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, dizziness (especially upon standing), and a myriad of other symptoms. Significant muscle loss and severe digestive issues are also common. Maintaining a daily caloric intake below 300 calories (as is often the case in overzealous dieters) can lead to severe mental impairment and hair loss. Prolonged periods of extreme dieting can alter your resting metabolic rate (the number of calories the body burns in a resting state).  This may cause you to gain weight faster in the future.

  You can continue to eat the way you do now, without having to lose weight. You can eat whatever you want, however much you want, and you will be free from worry about health problems whenever you want to be associated with a high-fat diet. You can eat out at almost any restaurant and have a large variety of foods to choose from, including ones that taste great and ones that are cheap and convenient. However Increased risk for health problems, such as heart disease, stroke, some cancers, and diabetes. You will need to learn some basic facts about food, so you will know how to reduce your fat intake You will be free from worry about health problems associated with a high-fat diet. You may able to lose weight anytime with proper exercise and a Balance diet. When you decide to lose weight you need to take a lot of vitamins to avoid sickness and great immune system.   1. Excellent post. Taking it slow and making sure you are properly supplementing are both so important. It's good for your health in the long run to lose weight, but you have to be healthy while you're doing it, too.

  3. Almost 2 months ago, I completely changed the way I was eating. While weight loss is a part of it, it's not what I'm focused on. Still, I've lost 15 lbs and feel better than I have in a long time.

  6. I agree with doing proper exercise and balanced diet. I was in my heaviest state last year (55 kg) – mainly because I stopped most of my exercise (CrossFit, bjj and yoga) and I've indulged (lots of yummy food) hahaha! You're right, losing weight shouldn't be abrupt and we should have a plan. Congratulations on your journey! You look great!

  7. Good summary of the pros and cons. I have found in the past that if I lose weight too quickly I will put it all straight back on as soon as the diet finishes.

  9. As someone who has been quite ill with anorexia nervosa for the majority of my adult life, I personally struggle to support the diet culture we've all come to know. While it's good to be healthy, health and weight are two seperate things.

  11. I agree with your pros and cons of an extreme weight loss. It might help right away, but then a transition to a healthy lifestyle is needed for the long haul. My dad lost a lot of weight doing the intermittent fasting and he is healthier because of it!
