Happy BER month people! Okay at this point I’m thinking about changes in a way that you need to improve my daily lifestyle. I don’t need to wait for another year to do that and I decide to make some changes to get a better life. How is that? Okay, It’s been a long week since I’ve posted my previous blog. If you already read it you know what I’m feeling right now “See it on my confessions” but for some reason, I keep myself motivated and stay positive. My previous month is great but it didn’t last. I don’t want to feel bitter at all. Instead, I’ve focused on how to cope with my sadness and make some changes to get a better life. So it’s time to glow up!
Let’s talk about glow up. Well, what is Glow up? Before we get into the how what is a glow up anyway? Well, it is a more modern term that means growing up. Not just with age, but also with your looks, your stance, and your confidence. This is another term of Self-care. There are two types of Glow up on the outside and Glow up the Inside so In this blog, I will merge the two into one Glow up for an easy and effective way to better yourself. So now here are the ways to glow up yourself.
How to Glow Up.
This is one of my fear to take a step outside my comfort zone but when you decide to do Something that keeps us stuck in a rut and prevents us from having our glow up moment is keeping things the same. You may love to wear pink and black every day and there is nothing wrong with that. But you have surely loved something a little different. If you are an introvert person try to communicate with someone else that can make you feel comfortable and always try to explore things to enjoy yourself.
Something that keeps us stuck in a rut and prevents us from having our glow up moment is Not everyone likes this advice, but I find it to truly work. If you want to know how to glow up and are struggling with self-esteem issues don’t hide that inside. Talk about it with a friend, a family member, or a therapist. But if you are struggling to get past that last hump of self-doubt, try it. Never stop trying until making it proud of it. BE YOURSELF ALWAYS!
If you love wearing crop top wear it. Fashion starts creativity. If you are afraid of what others might think or if they will stare, you’ll never know if that will happen until you try. Do something different. If you love the latest trends, go for it, but try something that makes you unique. A glow up is all about your individuality shining. You can decide what\’s best for you so do it!
Social Media Detox is one of the best things for glowing up. Less toxic anxiety and many more I stop scrolling all day in social media to take time to focus on myself. Studies have discovered that the more time you spend on a social media site, the more likely you are to develop depression. Additionally, the amount of time you spend on these sites is directly related to whether or not you feel stressed out or happy. In other words, if you’ve been feeling highly anxious, stressed out, or depressed, this is a good time to take a social media detox. It may feel weird at first, but your overall mood should begin to improve as you stay away from Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites.
Not every day is a happy day. I believe that when you feel happy today the next day it worse but that is okay. Even the most confident people in the world have bad days. It is a part of life. So instead of dwelling, just let it in. Cry it out. Be down. Sometimes we need a day staying in, vegging out, and watching TV or Binge Netflix. Everything happens for a reason.
Make yourself beautiful. If you wish you could change your looks, you are not alone. It’s a common feeling amongst a lot of people, particularly young women. Chances are, you’re already beautiful and you just don’t know it. By learning to feel more comfortable with yourself, and by changing your look to better suit who you are on the inside, you can feel like a totally different and totally beautiful. Always take care of yourself and always be beautiful in front of people not on the outside but also with an inside.
These days are hard but don\’t forget to glow up! If you feel terrible and devastated do the things that can improve your personality. Remember that knowing how to glow up is not all about changing your looks, but your perspective on yourself. So I\’m starting to go back to workout I stop doing workout last July because I\’m getting sick but for now I\’ll go back to start and also working inner personality is one of my agendas these days so I hope these would be a workout.
