When I\’m starting to drink lemon juice my stomach decreases bloated \”of course with a proper diet and cutting sugar is a must\” Drinking lemon is okay but with moderation. Too much as always not good even if it\’s a healthy fruit.   1. Lemons do have lots of health benefits. I love it infused in my drinking water. I haven't tried applying lemon juice to my face though. I will probably dilute lemon juice with water first before applying it to my face.
