.     Lemons are one of the healthiest food to our body. It contains some very real health benefits. They are chock-full of essential vitamins and minerals and have extensive use in the culinary world. Whether you like juicing them, squeezing them over your food or making elaborate desserts out of them, lemons can be consumed in thousands of different ways.  Lemons are an excellent source of vitamin C, which has a wide array of benefits. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and has been known to help your skin, immune system, reduce the risk of complications from a cold or flu, and reduce inflammation in the body.       When I start to do some research about the effective ways of losing weight I discover many people they recommend to drink lemon water. In that time my curiosity kills to try to drink this if it's effective. Starting day 1 I drink detox lemon juice until now. Aside from the great benefits of drinking lemon juice, I discover that it has a lot of good benefits. So that's why I love Lemon. It has rich vitamins that can help our health, so today I will share what are the health benefits of lemon that can actually help to save our day.     Drinking Lemon with water is considered one of the effective ways of losing weight. Lemons can help to cleanse the body and detox the body. The most simple and effective natural remedy to cleanse the body from toxins and lose weight is lemon water. Easy to prepare, this mix should be drinking every morning on an empty stomach, before breakfast or much better to drink every day as routine with proper diet. However, as lemon water is such a low-calorie drink, trading in your usual sugary tea or fruit juice for lemon water means that you are consuming fewer calories and therefore cutting down your overall calorie intake.



    Lemon has rich in vitamin C which has a wide array of benefits. Vitamin C is an antioxidant and has been known to help your skin, immune system, reduce the risk of complications from a cold or flu, and reduce inflammation in the body.    Adding lemon juice to your water causes more frequent urination and decrease the amount of water retention. You can substitute a glass of cranberry juice for one glass of water each day to decrease water retention. Most foods that are high in vitamin C like lemons also have natural diuretic properties. Lemons are naturally diuretic and can fight water retention in the body. This is because lemons are alkaline in nature and hence, also help maintain optimum pH levels in the body.

  If you don't have an idea Lemon can cure Heart health. Lemons are a good source of vitamin C. One lemon provides about 31 mg of vitamin C, which is 51% of the reference daily intake (RDI). Research shows that eating fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke. Lemons contain hesperidin, which has been known to reduce symptoms of hypertension in people prone to high blood pressure.

       Lemon has rich in Citric Acid. Citrate, a salt in citric acid, binds to calcium and helps block stone formation. “Studies have shown that drinking ½ cup of lemon juice concentrate diluted in water each day, or the juice of two lemons, can increase urine citrate and likely reduce kidney stone risk. This is why drinking raw and unsweetened lemon juice daily helps in reducing the risks of kidney stone formation.


      These are the reason why Lemon is a healing fruit. When life gives you lemons … you're in luck. Lemons are full of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. They are especially good sources of vitamin C and folate. Aside from these benefits that I've mentioned lemon has more and more good benefits to our body. When I'm starting to drink lemon juice my stomach decreases bloated "of course with a proper diet and cutting sugar is a must" Drinking lemon is okay but with moderation. Too much as always not good even if it's a healthy fruit.     Lemons do have lots of health benefits. I love it infused in my drinking water. I haven't tried applying lemon juice to my face though. I will probably dilute lemon juice with water first before applying it to my face.
