Some Days I'am not Okay

Friday, November 29, 2019

Looking at life through the eyes of a tired and feel tired as of the moment let's see what's next after rainy falls. #Self

How are you? "I hope y'all fine" I believe Everyday is not a Happy day. There are times that you felt weak and tired. Okay, I want to be honest. The last few weeks weren't good I felt saddened and pissed off. I keep calm but I cry at night. "I feel unlucky as of the moment"
Last week my neighbor have a bite on her legs bitten our dog then as a part of negligence incident my parents decide to give my dog to someone else to take care of my dog instead of killing him "This is worse why they need to kill my dog!" So I have no choice my parents and our neighbor have an agreement to dispose of our dog or else they do take action to the court, etc. I hate this!
Then another one is I have wound on my left foot in the accident and I encounter lots of pressure on work anxiety it kills me every night. I cry but I need to keep going. Sometimes it feels like society says should be happy but honestly, it's hard to be okay. Every day you wake up more pain more suffer so you need to fight for yourself. Not every day is okay sometimes it's happy but most of the time it deeply hurt by reality.

Sadness can kill my vibe. I encounter difficult times but I don't need to focus on this situation I'll always cheer myself although it's hard and quite depressing eventually my mood changes from happiness to sadness. When I feel alone but lately I realize no one can help me. I'm the only one who can help for myself so I stand up and I encourage myself that I need to keep going and be stronger as person. "Yah! I feel narcissist but I need to help myself!" so I started to do the things to cope with my sadness and realize things to help cheer me up.

Music is my escape it silences the world and my worries. When I play my favorite song I shout and sing "don't care about my voice lol!" You can express yourself by listening to music play your favorite song and sing it. Enjoy the essence of music and it will help you to cope with your sadness simple but effective.

You can't always be strong because we are human beings. Sometimes it's okay to cry letting others know how you feel and it's not a weakness. Stop do pretending things to impress people to like you and love you it's better to be transparent than precious fake stones. Allow yourself to cry. Cry if you feel like it. Notice if you feel relief after the tears stop. Drama is part of our life.

Keep a journal or make a blog it may help and enlighten to write down your thoughts and feelings to determine what's causing of sadness. "That's what I'm doing right now" express your feelings through writing is a great way to cope with your sadness because it will help you to change your mood from sadness to happiness.

Let's be honest! We encounter drama in our lives but it doesn't mean you have to stay there. Sometimes other people around you won't understand your journey. We encounter ups and downs in our lives but we need to keep going to fight. Cynical things are everywhere but always to cheer yourself because that's what we called Self-love. This song titled Everyday Life by Coldplay it helps me to relieve myself and realize things about life and this is my favorite part of their lyrics. Try to listen this song it's beautiful and encouraging.

  1. I hope you're ok now, Maysz. Sometimes, shit happens and that's part of life. How we respond to it is more important. Some people would just dwell in it and be victims all their life. Some people would take time and grieve or be angry, then learn and acknowledge what they learned from it and move on. These people do not dwell on their pain. These are the people who bounces back and live their life to the fullest. These are also the most successful ones. As for your physical pain, I hope you're seeing a doctor for that and getting that taken care of. I wish you well.

  2. I also use music as a way to cheer myself up. It's great to put the radio on and just listen and sing along to music you enjoy. It provides a great escape from stress.

My mom always said, "Not everyday is Christmas day," and she meant that life does have its ups and downs. Learning to cope with these setbacks and frustrations are just part of "adulting." It is okay to cry. It is okay not to be okay. Just remember to pick yourself up and move forward. When I need uplifting, I listen to this really old song, "This Day Belongs To Me" by Seals and Crofts. It has been one of my favorite songs since I was a little girl. Search for the song in youtube. You'll find the lyrics very inspiring.

  10. I can echo with your feelings. Some days are really tiring after office. Feel like running away. Sometimes there are office politics to handle. But yes music is a refresher and shopping too.

  11. I'm so sorry you've had such a rough time lately. We all go through patches of life like that. My getaway is usually reading because I like it silent when I'm feeling down. Reading lets me escape.

  13. That is so sad that you had to give away your dog. Pets are part of the family.... Nobody feel great every single day, life is all about good and bad moments.

  14. when there's sadness, there's also days of joy, then what I do is to talk to somebody whom I know will understand me. If you don't have that somebody, reading the Bible will help too, because there will come a time when you will see a passage that will fit for whatever you are feeling.

  15. I appreciate the honesty. I could really relate - I'm not a morning person, I'm not always bubbly and I am easily irritable. It's important to be honest, and to stop glamorizing the need to be constantly happy. Thank you for this safe space.

  21. Saddest part is about the dog.. why your parents decide to take away from you? That’s not fair I guess! You must take care of it. Not everyday is a happy day for sure but there are many ways to handle it. May god give you strength to fight with ups and downs. Take care..

  28. I have often found that when I am feeling down, the quickest way to feeling better is to help someone else. So many people are struggling with mental health, finances, physical well being and having one person reach out and offer support can make all the difference in the world.

  30. Totally agree with you that everyday is not a happy day. We just have to keep in mind that it is okay to feel that way and it's normal. We just need to learn to bounce back.

I am sorry about what happened to your dog. I guess that incident taught us a very important lesson to keep them safe and that includes making sure that they don't get to bite someone else.
