The day before the burial I tell the words that I didn't tell before. I begged for forgiveness but he's not responding anymore. How I wish I have a time machine to move backward to say my last words my heart be badly broken.
Every one of us is losing something precious in our lives. Everyone leave and goodbye. Sometimes we don't know your special day will be your last. It's scared but it's true. We need to appreciate everyone embrace. We can't find the light through the darkness we need to ask for forgiveness and not for holding grudges. All of us are special That's how it is grief and love are conjoined. It doesn't go away it becomes part of you, so simple but deeply meaningful.
Everything has a reason why would that happen and all I know is that's the best for all. Losing someone is never easy in fact we don't know how to accept that they're not coming back, but life must be continued and we need to keep going. It's natural to feel the pain but don't make your life miserable. In this situation many people begin to feel hopeless, helpless and worthless and worse they feel really depressed. You need to let go start your life with the new beginning. Allow yourself to flow love in your heart to cope with your grief and sadness. Accept the pain will indicate you to moving on. Once you go there that's the time that you can heal yourself in a way that you can enjoy things. It takes time but it really works.
I am so sorry for your loss. I have been there and I feel your pain especially when that someone passed so suddenly. I love that song too.
ReplyDeleteMy condolences to you and your family. Losing someone is always very hard and I agree, you have to allow yourself to grieve. The Coldplay song is such a beautiful song with such meaningful lyrics. (Reciprocated for Sondra Barker)
ReplyDeleteI am sorry for your loss. Grieving is a normal thing to do. It feels terrible and make you feel empty inside. It is a wonderful song, the lyrics are very nice.
ReplyDeleteThere are reasons for every season. Losing someone may not always be a negative feeling. It could sometimes mean we need to let go of that person for his/her peace. We grieve for losing but life continues and we need to look forward for a brighter new day that's coming.
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry for your loss. Losing someone close to you is never easy... and it's scary to know that loss is inevitable. But keeping the good memories alive is also so important. That Coldplay song is one of my favorites. Sending lots of love your way at this difficult time.

ReplyDeleteOh I am so sorry to read about your grandpa. I know the pain all too well and the regret of not going to see them. My grandmother just passed away in July and I didn't see her in the hospital. I did with my grandpa many years before and I don't like that that is my last memory of him, looking broken and defeated. Grief is different for everyone and you need to do what works best for you.

Thus, make every moment of our lives count. :)
I love Fix You by Coldplay! One of my most favorite song ever!
ReplyDeleteI am truly sorry to hear about your loss. Losing someone close to you is one of the worst parts of life. But have hope that he is better now and no longer hurting. Know that he sees you and heard your love even after he moved on. Remember Him! Say his name out loud and talk to him. Sure it may seem hokey but I believe that they still hear us.
ReplyDeleteSorry for your loss. I have said goodbye for the last time to my grandma two years ago, and it never leaves you. The best you can do is hold on to the best memories you've shared and the lessons you learned. Thank you for being open and sharing this.

I am sorry for your lost. Losing someone always hurts and after awhile.. you realize that the person is no longer suffering. I feel like I haven't gotten completely used to my grandmother being gone and she died in 2007... but at the same time I know that she isn't in pain and that makes me kind of happy.

I can totally relate. My brother and I lost both of our parents (in different times). Even though it has been more than a decade, thinking about it makes my heart shatters as if it was just yesterday. But life has to move on. Be strong.

ReplyDeleteChris Martin wrote "Fix You" for Gyn when she was in grief. I like this song because it speaks as an outsider, looking onto someone who is breaking piece-by-piece by you ache to FIX this person.
ReplyDeleteSometimes in your time of grief, it's quite comforting to have someonne just be there. I hope you're doing well.
My condolences to you and your family. My prayers are with you.
