     Hi Guys how are you? Have a great Sunday everyone. Today I starting do declutter my clothes in my closet. Okay, some of my clothes didn't fit for my body because I gained weight!  OMEYYGEDD I got my belly and I'm getting fat and that's very frustrating."Ang taba kuna grabe :("  Since I leave my previous night shit job and working as an Office Staff I starting to gain weight and lack of exercise I feel sleepy many times and getting Lazy. Then when in my off I do blogging and watching NetFlix. "Ang sipag ko diba? tularan nyoko!"


















      This time I need to encourage myself to get exercise for my healthy lifestyle but unfortunately, I'm got sick because of skin allergies. Yah! I'm getting skin allergies because I try to use branded beauty products for glowing skin however I got skin rashes and allergy. How sad right? Okay, another try and error again better luck next time!

"I use that product without consulting to the dermatologist that's too bad!"

   Stranger Things  are one of the best Netflix series ever and I really love this movie. Actually, I've already watched the two seasons and it makes me feel freak out. I'm so excited for the final season and guys! This movie is so inspiring it's all about friendship and I'm very attracted to Millie Bobby Brown she so gorgeous and awesome. I really like her so much and also Gaten Matarazzo is a cute kid and he's my nephew look alike when he's smiling I remember my nephew because of him but for me, Eleven is one of my girls crushes right now. Kinda weird right?






     The Umbrella Academy is  tv series one of the great also. Actually, the writer of this movie is a vocalist of My Chemical Romance Band Gerald Way if you know that band already disbanded last 2013 but as MCR fan I support this series try to watch this series I'm sure all kids they would love this.

 So that's why I don't have time to exercise because of NetFlix Lol!

  Anyway last Sunday, June 23, 2019, I went to the 1st birthday party of my goddaughter "Ninang on duty lol" so we organize the birthday party together with my Marsies/kumare/kumpare









So What's my Self-Care Living?


     This is kind of my Self-Care living to enjoy things in my own Although lack of exercise is not healthy I'm working it on it now "Promise! mamatay man kapitbahay namen lol! hahaha" Actually I started to go jogging every morning and try to ignore sweets and eat more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables what do you think?

    Allergies are the worse! I have a food allergy that gives me a painful rash and it took me forever to figure out what it actually was. I have not watched the Netflix shows you mentioned, but I'm going to check them out.

  5. Girl, I know the struggle! Netflix is such a bad influence lol I love Stranger Things too!! Eleven is soo cute<3 I haven't watched The Umbrella Academy though, my husband found it boring, but I want to have my own opinion about it, so I'll watch it next time that I want to workout lmao

    I don't exercise too, so that's two of us. I always use housework as justification for daily exercise. I know it is not enough, so I just mind what I eat so I will not gain weight. So far so good. I have stayed within the ideal range for my height, BMI normal. :)

  15. I'm with you on Stranger Things! I was a little scared after the first episode to be honest LOL! But it's actually such a great story and the friendships are so sweet. I haven't watched the other one but ill add it to my bucket list! Great share :)

  26. More and more people I know are starting to have allergies. I am sorry you had an allergic reaction. It makes me wonder if there are other factors contributing to the cause of so many people being more sensitive to certain things.

  36. I struggle with my weight, but the other way. I have an active day job that's shifts and I cant get in to an eating pattern and then I also blog but forget or run out of time to eat!! ITs not good for us!

  41. Yesterday, I did the same thing. I declutter some of my clothes which I haven't use for the long time. And instead of throwing it I donated it into the orphanage which some are can be very useful.
