In this blog, I will hare some tips about the importance of self-care.

   Are you feeling upset in your daily life because of pressure stress anxiety that you encountered? Have you tried to ask yourself what the best move to make your day better? Simple question but many people really hard to find on how they relieve themselves but despite that, some people remain positive and not losing hope because they take care of themselves. What\’s does it mean?

   Have you heard about self-care? What is all about? Self-care is a kind of activity that can practice taking care of your Physical, Emotional and mental health. This involves your daily lifestyle and it is a long habit and culture. In some other ways, self-care it\’s about being kind to yourself as would be to others.

   In this blog, I will share some tips about the importance of self-care.

   Let\’s make a practice. When you feel sensitive the anxiety attacks you. In my daily life, I do multitasking a lot and I feel the pressure especially when it comes about submitting reports and any problem that I encountered related to my work. I feel exhausted every day it\’s not easy to deal about stress, so here are the benefits of self-care that will help you to take care of yourself.

    Your Hobbies is a process of self-care. Having a hobby brings us joy and enriched our lives. Simple things that can make you happy is your hobby. Hobbies can develop our skills and give knowledge to our lives. We learn something that we can apply in our daily life. When you feel unhappy the best way to cultivate a new hobby is to try something new. The world is wonderful. We can explore a lot of activities to enjoy ourselves. Try to discover your interest so, in that way, it will feel more exciting.

      In a life full of disappointment it\’s really hard to keep moving forward especially if you think about the cynical things that you encountered in your life. Negative things can\’t help you to keep moving forward and can\’t make you grow. Instead, you focus on your wrongs and mistakes learn to adapt and think outside the box. Changing a mindset is a great way to improve yourself and it\’s a part of life-changing self-care practice. In that way, you\’ll experience great joy, less pressure and relieve stress. 
     It\’s okay to say \”No\” sometimes especially when regards about work and personal life. In fact, you don\’t need to please everybody to like you. It\’s okay to say no when you feel down and demotivated so that way you can think what\’s the best of you without consulting others. In that way, you can spend your time to yourself and do the things that make you feel happy.
    Eating healthy foods with proper workout can help you to get the body fit and also drinking eight glasses of water and 8 hours of sleep to be more healthy. It\’s okay to eat junk food sweets food or etc but with a limit. Treat yourself once in a while. Reward yourself with activities you enjoy especially when regards to healthy lifestyle like going to the gym and cook your favorite food.
    Lastly, stay focus on your goals. Start the morning with a positive and full of chances and start practice to focus on your goals. When you do focus anything will easily be accomplished. Focus is part of self-care. Instead, to checking your phone every day and reading unnecessary comments on social media try to focus yourself and do the things to achieve your goals.&nbsp
     These are the importance of self-care and for some addition. Giving your body some special treatment like pampering yourself, buying new clothes, shopping and etc. In that way, you look fresh and Taking a few hours of spa and body massage it helps to relax your body and much deserve for self-care.
      Many of us so many responsibilities in life that we can forget to take care of ourselves. We deserve to break sometimes and it\’s really important to do self-care to lessen our stress pressure and anxieties. Self-care it\’s all about making a small and purposeful effort. When you do all of these that I\’ve mentioned above it will totally work. Always think that you should take care of yourself first and the rest will follow.  I hope this blog will help you to start your day better and it will help to love yourself.

  15. I wish the idea of self care was \”a thing\” back in my 20's & 30's. My childhood and young adulthood centered around do for others, put others first, don't be selfish; so you can imagine how people treated me when I decided to start making myself happy…it was not received well. I'll bet I'm not the only person to experience this.
