Today we talk about our health because I might be thinking that I’ am the only one who hasn’t health conscious, but guys I have a question do you drink 8 glasses of water every day? and did you count how many glasses of water that you drink every day? I know it’s kinda weird of a question but today I will share you what are the good benefits of drinking water and why need to drink a lot of water every day. Our body contains 70% of water and it is very important because it gives energy to our body, but still, we need to drink a lot of water every day and it gives a lot of good benefits. Lack of drinking water can cause you to dehydration, sickness, skin aging and many more.
Our body needs water to maintain a healthy internal temperature body of 98.6 degrees to prevent dehydration and when our body is running low water and the brains signals thirsty which is the cause of dehydration. This blog will give you good benefits of drinking water. Here are the following.
Drinking water before meal and exercise can remove toxins to our body. Drinking water can increase your metabolism and urinary to remove the bad toxins to our body. When you drink water it increases your normal body temperature to become flexible and productive.
Drinking water while on diet it helps to reduce our weight because there are no calories that can cause obesity and it will remain to fill our tummy. but guys don’t skip any meal try to do balance diet, discipline and proper body workout with drink a lot of water are the great ways to reduce weight.
Water is the best medicine. When you drink water every morning with an empty tummy it can help to avoid any sickness and diseases like migraine, diabetes, high blood, Tuberculosis, epilepsy., diarrhea, constipation, Kidney disease, urinary infection, and many more.
Water is an effective way to prevent premature aging. When many toxins remove to our body it will give beautiful faces and not looking haggard. Drink warm water every morning with an empty tummy it will reduce toxins to our body for getting beautiful healthy skin.
It’s better to prevent than cure. According to research drinking water can remove acids that can cause to get stones to our kidneys. Water keeps urine less concentrated with waste products can avoid any kidney failure like kidney stones and avoid drinking too many alcoholic beverages like soft drinks, juice, and beers.
These are the good benefits of drinking water. Honestly, I\’m the person who didn\’t drink water too much so lately I\’m easily getting sick and other body complications. I love drinking alcohol beverages such as soft drinks and beers but lately, I have a urinary infection and constipation so I realize that drinking water is so important and especially here in the Philippines it\’s already summer so mostly many people have to get heat stroke and dehydration so instead of drinking soft drinks and etc much better drink a lot of water first to avoid dehydration. There are some places here in the Philippines they suffered water storage so I\’m very glad because my hometown is not affected so save a lot of water and drink more than 8 glasses of water to become healthy.
