Hi Guys! How are you today? I missed writing my blog because I' am getting sick. In the past few weeks I became more irritated and more inching and worst I have a skin allergy. How can I get these allergies and what's the solution for this? I will share my experience with this kind of allergy.

Allergies can make you feel uncomfortable sometimes you feel like an irritated. You scratch every part of the body. I really hate that. Every cold weather season many people having a sick like flu, fever and skin allergies. "So isa pu ako sa mga yon!" How can I get these skin allergies? Would you like to know more?

Aside from cold weather. I 'am getting this allergy for using high chemical soap such as beauty care products, detergent too much eating of chicken, seafood and egg. I consult to the dermatologist and her advice is to avoid all of these and instead of using beauty products for my body I use only hypoallergenic soap and lotion for my body skin and eat more veggie foods and more fruits. I have a sensitive body skin since when I was a kid.  I got many pimples on my back and red spots.

During my colleges days when I'm laundry my clothes, I use powder laundry detergent. and after few days I got eczema. "nakakadiri diba?" Many people say that you getting eczema for in balance hygiene which is FALSE GUYS!!  Even that you are taking a bath every day or you have proper hygiene still you have an encounter this disease but why and how? If you have a sensitive skin allergies attack you for those people eczema cause for
  • chemicals found in cleaners and detergents that dry out our skin
  • synthetic fabrics
  •  rough scratchy material like wool and chalk.
  •  Food allergies

The best solution for these is consulted to the dermatologist and follow their advice. I' am not a doctor HAHAHAHA! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Kidding!  Oh well during that time that I have eczema I use ointments and hypoallergenic products such as baby soap and lotion and eat more healthy foods.
Moving forward. Every cold weather season it's very normal to have skin allergies. When temperature changes, my body got allergies but not eczemas like red spots and many pimples on my back. It's very itching and I can't sleep at night it makes me feel irritated. Try to look out this.

  What is skin Allergy?

Red, bumpy, itchy skin can be irritating, painful and embarrassing. Rashes can be caused by many things, including exposure to certain plants (poison ivy, for example), allergic reactions to a medication or food. Rashes can also be caused by an illness such as measles or chickenpox. Eczema and hives, both of which are related to allergies, are two of the most common types of skin rashes. If your skin condition is the result of an allergy, an allergist can diagnose and treat your condition so you can live life to the fullest.

There are many types of skin allergies. it depends on the cases. Here's my treatment for my allergies.

  • CONSULT FOR DERMATOLOGIST - Before doing action consult to the doctor first and listen to their advice as I've mentioned following their instruction first
  • DON'T TOO MUCH SCRATCHING  - Instead apply ointment and alcohol to avoid any wound. I know it feels when you feel itching but avoid too much scratching to prevent any scars.
  • PROPER HYGIENE - When you have proper hygiene it will help to remove your allergies but guys. Please stop thinking about the wrong improper hygiene that causes of skin disease which is very wrong. Try to research first before you saying something
"Nakakainis lang kase yung feeling na nagbibigay sila ng wrong information tapos yung iba paniniwalaan naman HAYYY.."

  •     AVOID TO EAT FOOD ALLERGIES. - If you know that you have food allergies please control yourself I know a food is our happiness but you should take care of yourself. Well honestly I' am food allergies for seafoods, preserve foods , and too much eating of oily foods like chicken, egg and more.

  •   TAKE MEDICINE - Take medicine prescribed by the doctor.

  •  LASTLY PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE- This is very important you need to take care of our body proper diet and exercise it really helps for fast meditation. Actually, this is an effective way to get healthy and fit. I admit that I'm not a very healthy person and I'm not taking care of my health and I have a lack of vitamins. Which is the reason why I get sick

In my experience is really hard to have these diseases. I admit that I 'am not taking care of health because of being workaholic and focus on my priorities I forgot to take care of myself. and also many of you have a different kind of sickness because of the cold season. Sickness is very severe so
guys! Don't forget to take care of your health. I hope this blog post would help you to guide yourself.  They say that " It's better to prevent than cure" I hope I will be okay and get well self!

  2. I don't get skin allergies, but every spring I get seasonal allergies with the itchy eyes and all of that. We just found out my nephew, who is 4, has quite a few allergies we didn't know about since they aren't severe but they were causing his eczema. As long as my sister avoids those allergen foods and artificial dyes in food they can keep it under control.

Sometimes, dry skin can cause itchiness and irritation. This is why it is important that we take proper care of our skin. Food allergies are better managed by an Allergologist to properly identify the offending agent.

Now, I use the All detergent free and clear and Kirk's castille soap, and haven't had any issues! I really miss the scented soaps, but my skin has completely cleared up and no more allergies! It's amazing how chemicals can wreck your skin and cause so many issues.
