Hi Guys! How are you today? I missed writing my blog because I' am getting sick. In the past few weeks I became more irritated and more inching and worst I have a skin allergy. How can I get these allergies and what's the solution for this? I will share my experience with this kind of allergy.
Aside from cold weather. I 'am getting this allergy for using high chemical soap such as beauty care products, detergent too much eating of chicken, seafood and egg. I consult to the dermatologist and her advice is to avoid all of these and instead of using beauty products for my body I use only hypoallergenic soap and lotion for my body skin and eat more veggie foods and more fruits. I have a sensitive body skin since when I was a kid. I got many pimples on my back and red spots.
During my colleges days when I'm laundry my clothes, I use powder laundry detergent. and after few days I got eczema. "nakakadiri diba?" Many people say that you getting eczema for in balance hygiene which is FALSE GUYS!! Even that you are taking a bath every day or you have proper hygiene still you have an encounter this disease but why and how? If you have a sensitive skin allergies attack you for those people eczema cause for
- chemicals found in cleaners and detergents that dry out our skin
- synthetic fabrics
- rough scratchy material like wool and chalk.
- Food allergies
The best solution for these is consulted to the dermatologist and follow their advice. I' am not a doctor HAHAHAHA! 😂😂😂 Kidding! Oh well during that time that I have eczema I use ointments and hypoallergenic products such as baby soap and lotion and eat more healthy foods.
Moving forward. Every cold weather season it's very normal to have skin allergies. When temperature changes, my body got allergies but not eczemas like red spots and many pimples on my back. It's very itching and I can't sleep at night it makes me feel irritated. Try to look out this.
What is skin Allergy?
Red, bumpy, itchy skin can be irritating, painful and embarrassing. Rashes can be caused by many things, including exposure to certain plants (poison ivy, for example), allergic reactions to a medication or food. Rashes can also be caused by an illness such as measles or chickenpox. Eczema and hives, both of which are related to allergies, are two of the most common types of skin rashes. If your skin condition is the result of an allergy, an allergist can diagnose and treat your condition so you can live life to the fullest.

Which is the reason why I get sick
In my experience is really hard to have these diseases. I admit that I 'am not taking care of health because of being workaholic and focus on my priorities I forgot to take care of myself. and also many of you have a different kind of sickness because of the cold season. Sickness is very severe so
