How's your weekend guys? Well my kind of weekend is very awesome because I' am going to music festival near in my hometown. I miss going concert gigs event. and this is the perfect time to spend my weekend day off for going street party festival. Here in my near hometown were celebrating music festival that we called Tigtigan terakan keng dalan Festival or #TTKD. I know some of you have curiosity mind about Tigtigan terakan keng dalan Festival.
What is Tigtigan terakan keng dalan Festival? and what is all about?? " I know you can't pronounce this word. HAHAAHA! 😂😂😂
Tigtigan terakan keng dalan - means Music street party Festival.
Tigtigan, Terakan Queng Dalan ("Music street party Festival") Date Last Friday and Saturday of October Venue Angeles City Held every last Friday and Saturday of October, the celebration of Fiestang Kuliat culminates with the ever popular TIGTIGAN, TERAKAN QUENG DALAN which features singing and dancing in the street. It is the local version of the Mardi Gras. Local celebrity bands keep visitors entertained all night long. Food stalls of various cuisine fill the street along the entertainment district of Brgy. Balibago for the duration of the festival. The event is organized by the Angeles City Tourism Office in cooperation with Kuliat Foundation.
Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan, who founded the first TTKD festival in 1992, said this year’s TTKD will be the last under his term as city mayor.
The two-day celebration will be staged at the one-kilometer stretch of MonTang Avenue in Barangay Balibago, the city’s central business and entertainment district.
Co-organized by the JCI Angeles City Culiat and the San Miguel Brewery Corporation, this year’s edition is expected to wow visitors with an opening salvo Friday night spearheaded by the Angeles City Tourism Office (ACTO) and the Culture and Arts Council of Angeles (CACA).
Dance competitions and special performances from various local and national artists are also expected to fill the venue with night-long entertainment.
Food booths and stalls offering various cuisines will also be opened to delight residents and tourists with diverse taste buds.

The feeling of being lucky to watch this Local music festival again after 6 years. Yah It took so long because mostly my working schedule is not fit for attending this event. Yung tipong wala talagang chance kase pang-gabi ka okaya naman pag -uwi mo pagod kana. HAHAHA! 😂😂😂 I really missed attend gig parties and watching performing live band. Yah! fangirling here. and I love OPM "Original Filipino music " local bands.

HAHAHA! and also they are cool band! when you translate their song into English it feels you being broken heart. HAHAHAA! 😂😂😂 but I'm no longer broken hearted Lol! I'm just enjoying to listen their songs. I really admire to listen Local band OPM because I know Filipinos are very talented specially when regards about songs and creating music. They are very classic. I'm very proud for our local music Yes were still existed lol!. " I hope next year I have a chance to go in Rakrakan festival" crossfingers. Okay moving forward so during the event I've been waiting more than 3 hours before Moonstar88 perform. and then I took a lot of pictures for this event and here are the Photos!

After 2 hours exact 12:20 am Moonstar88 Perform their songs. The feeling of I remember the things in the past. " I remember so many many people Lol" HAHAHHA! olrayt! 😂😂😂 eto nanaman tayo sa nakaraan yung kahit anong pilit mo kalimutan putcha pilit bumabalik ang sakit. When someone is hurting you? These songs is perfect for you guys! anyways moving forward this music festival makes me a lot of enjoyment. here's the another pictures taken last 27th of October.
After Moonstar88 gig I decide to go to the dance party before while I'm walking there's a lot of party people they are dancing HAHAHA " party party Lol ahahha"
Before I'll go home. Rocksteddy performing the last stage. So if you have notice Teddy is a great artist too. Actually he's the one of host in noontime show It's Showtime in Abs-cbn. here in Philippines.

I also want to attend a music festival now! This seems so fun especially at night with all the beautiful lighting. The last time I attended one was around two years ago and I miss this. I'll be on the lookout for one soon.

ReplyDeleteBoo ya!!! Looks like a fun fun time! I personally cannot go to places and events like that because I just can't do large crowds! I have no problem if such events were televised and I could watch from home though! ha!
