Are you Happy Now?\’

What things that makes you happy? Whatever your heart desires please go for it, it\’s yours to have. However we admit people are not contented that what they have. I want to confess something..

Typingggg……
I can smile with the thousands of people out there with a hide feelings. Because that\’s the only way that I can survive to this world. I need to pretend that I\’ am okay for no one asking me what\’s going on. Behind my fake smile I\’m deeply hurting I can blame myself as well.
Why I feel so empty like someone has left? feeling that no can appreciate my worth and effort? I feel tired for everything. I feel the way that my life has no directions.  I really want to be happy, but there\’s something inside me that screams\” You don\’t deserve it!\” So what\’s wrong with me?

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});

Honestly I\’m easily to be hopeless. I am quitter, my pressure is stronger than my patience I fathom that the deadliest things in life are permanent. I easily to offend things. and I\’m so sick about love and sometimes it tears me up. My ego was lost and ignorance is my best friend.
When I\’m upset I shut myself down I have no motivation for everything and I tell myself that nobody cares even tough I know some do. I think all about negative things I could possibly think of. I give myself all in pain thinking I deserve it. I\’m not sure why I do that but that just how I am.
    I smile because someone\’s joking. I laugh because that\’s the way for you to be strong. But late at night I drown my tears and always asking why I need to sabotage myself and do the things that suffocates me. I do I really do I love pretending things. It makes me drive me crazy. I was thinking that I want to end my life for everything better. medianet_width = \”600\”; medianet_height = \”120\”; medianet_crid = \”132674412\”; medianet_versionId = \”3111299\”;
In this case you need to decide. It\’s all of your mind. Your life will ruin or conquer your fear with the new beginning. Despite all of your feelings may be telling you. The pain you\’re experiencing maybe part in your life. I have a lot of trials that came in my life but still I need to keep going for me to get better. Hayley Williams said \”Survival will be the hardest part\” song title 26. \” Don\’t let it go for nobody they say that dreaming is free\” so don\’t stop believing for someone else. Don\’t quit for everything they put you down. \” Walang perpektong sa mundo ito beshiie\” You need to be strong and keep life fighting as well. \”Laban lang sa mundong ito ganon!\” I choose life to be fearless not to be worthless. when I wake up I can choose joy, happiness, to feel the freedom of embrace. Life is too short for everything keep it simple enjoy it.

  1. There are degrees of happiness one can feel, but no matter what degree and kind of happiness you have always think of it as a blessing. Blessing because there is someone or a something that filled-up that emotion.

  2. I suffer from postpartum depression and some days are harder then others and I am very good at hiding those rough days, but I have realized I can be the change in my life.ToniWww.becomingschultz.com

  3. Your description of what it's like to go to bed after a days worth of smiling is spot on for those of us who fight hard everyday to find good, when all we can see is bad. You're not alone! -Erica

  4. I have a friend who suffers with depression as well. I have general anxiety disorder but I’m extremely happy all the time so it’s hard for me to understand what she’s going through. I learned a long time ago that happiness is a mindset. Also it’s good to talk about how your feeling to close friends and family, it will always make you feel better.

  5. It is great that people nowadays speak of this topic. Mental health is something to be concerned about as it is often overlooked. We, who are sane, may lose our sanity too if we don't keep an eye on it. Yes, offer help. Be ready to listen.

  6. People get depressed because of the challenges they have to face everyday. This wicked system challenges us to the core even more. And so I think we should be responsible of ourselves too. If we think we need help. Then, we should seek help.

  7. Happiness is a state of mind. It is rooted in how you decided to move through your life. Depression is a very real thing. Thank you so much for sharing.

  8. Thank you for brining awareness and spreading love. I think being unhappy and having a mental illness can be different. A lot of people are unhappy but can take actions to change it… Mental illness needs to be professionally addressed like any other illness in my opinion.

  9. It is good to be available for those suffering from it. Those people are in need of love and care too. Just make sure you are getting the love and care you need before helping others or it's a rabbit hole you won't want to climb down.

  10. I think more people suffer from metal illness than people realize, and it is very easy to dismiss in our society. I personally feel that happiness comes from within, and in most cases it is not within most people's control. Our medical system is completely broken when it comes to understanding this, and it is why so many people fall through the cracks.

  11. This is such a great and relatable post. Many times people fake their happiness in order to not discuss why they are unhappy. It's always important to do things that make you happy. Thanks for sharing!

  12. I always feel that happiness is different for everyone. And you can only fake it for so long before it catches up to you. It's definitely easier to fake being happy than to admit and make the changes needed to truly be happy.

  13. Happiness is unique to everyone, and although some people do fake it, I don’t believe they are able to fake it for long. Eventually it would take its toll and turn into a depression.

  14. Hopefully you can find what works for you. My stepfather always told me that \”you create your own happiness\” and I get that he was saying that it has to come from within you, but what if you don't have it inside?

  15. That is an amazing illustration so proper to your story. I can say happiness varies on each person, sometimes it's easy for others to get some times others take time.

  16. Such a beautiful reading and dedication! I suffered from depression in the past, so now I tend to live every moment and try to be present in every minute of my day.

  17. So many suffer from mental illness in silence because of the stigma. I think it's important to keep the conversation going so that people don't think they are the only ones going through it, and to help end the stigma.

  18. Fill the spaces in your heart with everything that brings you joy. hone artistic skills, hobbies, and learn new ones you've been wanting to do. Start crossing things off your bucket list. Wish u the best girlLAKatwoman.com

  19. What a great great great post! I love when bloggers bring awareness to topics that may seem \”taboo.\” Taking about the taboo is what pushes society forwards. Thanks for sharing!

  20. I have a friend who's struggled with depression but is working on improving herself. I was her confidant. One thing I've learned is that sometimes, it's okay not to say anything but to just be there for them.

  21. It is just as important to look after our mental health as our physical health. Also it is best not to try to hide behind a fake smile but share our problems either with those close to us or to talk to a professional.

  22. I know the feeling of putting up a fake smile. Not everyone understands what one is going through. I rather keep things to myself or within a certain circle of trusted people. When going into work or public and I feel down, I tend to force wear a smile so I don't have to face all the questions and looks of of worry and sometimes awkwardness.

  23. Sometimes happiness is harder to achieve. I think it's important that we recognize when we're in need of help. Mental health is so important and we absolutely must continue to talk about it and make sure that seeking the aid of therapists when needed or asking for help in general is always an available option (and judgement free). Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences!

  24. It's not enough to just do things that make you happy for a little while. But I think as long as you do shed tears at night, that means you're still feeling. That's a pretty good sign because when you stop feeling and go numb is when it gets very dangerous. So the fact that you can still feel and question your emotions should be something positive.

  25. Being and staying happy is next to fulfilment. When are you're happy all other people's opinion and perspectives about you will never pierce through. People say its difficult to stay happy, I but it's not. Just do what you love doing…. And you're sure to find happiness.

  26. People get depressed because of the challenges they have to face everyday. Do what you love. Don't think what others think about us. Start crossing things off your bucket list. Wish u the best girl

  27. I've struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts since I was a child. Sometimes it is really hard to ignore the harsh and mean thoughts going on inside, but I've learned to keep myself distracted. You are not alone! Mental illness is difficult to understand for those that don't experience it, but it's important to surround yourself with a supportive and encouraging support system. <3

  28. I know that depression is hard to live with but you should not give up and let it control you. You should fight it! If it tells you to quit, go forward. If it tells you to sit in bed all day, get up and do something, as small as it is. And if you can't, do go and speak with the specialist, they are there to help you!

  29. I can't imagine what it's like going through depression. I do have anxiety though, and that can be tough. I do always try to think positively and to have real happy thoughts, and that seems to help sometimes.

  30. Happiness comes from doing, what you like the most. everyone have their own ways of getting happy. Depression is a serious issue, but can be fought, if you open up to the possibility that, it's you, who controls the life, and not any other matter or being.

  31. As someone who is a mental health blogger, I am very happy to see you spread awareness like this. I really hope that you have sought professional help whenever you have felt this \”fake happy\” feeling. I know firsthand how depression can make you show the world what you are not feeling at all. I am so happy to see you thriving. I wish you the best of luck in your journey.

  32. This reminds about something I once heard said, \”you've already survived every worst day of your life.\” pain is a part of the human experience but so is choosing happiness. Im glad so many people are able to push through the darkest moments of their lives to see that it does get better.

  33. Today was R U Ok day here in Australia so it was great reading this post. The day focuses on asking the people in their life because often struggles with depression or other mental health conditions are not visible to the people around them. It's a way to start the conversation and work to decrease the stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

  34. There have been points in my life where I thought I would always feel one way. Now I know that everything changes and everything will pass. Even pain or fear. So with that there is nothing to be afraid of because time is always on your side.

  35. If this is how you are feeling, I hope you can find someone to talk to. You are so right, mental illness is no joke – and without getting some kind of help, it will not go away. \”Ignoring it\” doesn't work. That is like wishing away your high blood pressure or migraines or allergies or a broken bone. Nope.

  36. I read your words and I thought \”this was me 2 months ago\”. Yes, word, by word. I know I also wanted to end the whole sh*t. I was under a well known hormonal medication to treat endometriosis (Visanne by Bayer). I took it for 10 months non stop. Guess what? one side effect of it was \”severe depression\” and it is the only known way to medicate endometriosis. There is no option. When I was feeling so bad I wanted to end my life, I stopped the medication and within two months my endometriosis symptoms came back but I was a whole different person and I could be happy again!

  37. It's often difficult to talk about depression and suicide, but they are real problems and SHOULD be talked about more often, especially to help those suffering. Your post reminded me of this quote: \”Sometimes in life, you fall down a hole you can't climb out of by yourself. That's what friends and family are for – to help. They can't help, however, unless you let them know you're down there.\” – by Meg Cabot

  38. I just learnt some things about mental illness through this post. No matter how unaccepted you feel, the greatest acceptance you can give yourself is your love. Thanks for sharing.

  39. You are not alone sweetie, there's more people with mental illness than you can imagine. Fight your way out of it. You are strong and loved more than you know. All the best2❤
