Baguio getaway with family

Today I will share my Baguio Trip with my Family. We choose to visit Baguio city because of my mom\’s request so after the holy week we decide to go to Baguio. Baguio is one of the great tourist spots here in the Philippines during summer because of the cold weather and this place it\’s really beautiful so I\’ll share my wonderful experience what will happen when we visit Baguio.

Baguio City is a city in the mountainous area of the Northern Luzon, Philippines. It is known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines, owing to its cool climate since the city is located approximately 4,810 feet (1,470 meters) above mean sea level, often cited as 1,540 meters (5,050 feet) in the Luzon tropical pine forests ecoregion, which also makes it conducive for the growth of mossy plants, orchids, and pine trees, to which it attributes its other moniker as the “City of Pines”.

So here are the best tourist spots that you need to visit when you go to Baguio City.

Burnham Park is considered to be one of the most famous parks in the country. It is located in Jose Abad Santos Drive, Baguio City 2600 Benguet Philippines. It covers a total land area of 32.84 hectares. The park is named after Daniel Hudson Burnham, an American architect, and urban planner. He was also the one who laid the plans and design for Baguio City.

The first time that I ride a boat and it makes me feel scared Lol but this experience is fun because that time there\’s no crowded because they were early to visit this place and it awesome.

The Lions Head is a statue along Kennon Road, a major highway in Luzon, Philippines, that leads to the city of Baguio. Located in Camp 6, the Lion\’s Head measures 40 ft (12 m) in height considered as the “King of the Jungle,” the lion symbolizes fierceness and strength. The same is true for Baguio City’s iconic lion head, although its original meaning has been obscured by time. Today, local and foreign tourists look at it as the majestic symbol of the country’s “summer capital.

If you want to find me in the picture well I\’m the one who takes the picture Lol! When you decide to go to Baguio city and make fun of a thrill on your trip. I will recommend going to Kennon road with a zigzag lane and a very risky place you can see this iconic lion head to stopover.

Then also when you go to Baguio City. You can a lot of St.Bernard Dog so many tourists they taking selfies with St Bernard dogs as remembrance and souvenirs just what I did Lol. They look so adorable.

Taho is a Filipino nibble in a cup made out of cuts of delicate soya bean curd or tofu and custard pearls, beat with sweet dark-colored syrup. In Baguio, they made a variety of the common taho and utilized strawberry syrup and called it strawberry taho. One of the great experiences, when I visit Baguio, tastes their yummy strawberry taho and I love it.

The Baguio Botanical Garden is one of Baguio City’s attractions. It is a great place to unwind because it is surrounded by lush vegetation and water elements. It’s located in Leonard Wood Road, just a few minutes away from the Central Business District. You can pass it when you’re on your way to Wright Park, The Mansion, and Mines View Park.

The site is a serene and quiet garden that contains several ethnic Igorot huts surrounded by various plants and trees.

Igorots are the native people who live in the Cordillera region and Baguio City is one of the places in Cordillera. If you want to find me again in the picture well I\’m the one who takes the picture Lol!. I\’m their photographer Lol.!

Wright Park is a quiet promenade with a long reflecting pool lined with a pine tree that is located in the eastern part of the city and fronting the main gate of the Mansion. It is one of the many scenic parks in Baguio City. Its main features are a shallow elongated rectangular body of water known as the \”Pool of Pines\” and the park circle which is on one end of the park.

The Mansion is the official summer residence of the President of the Philippines. The mansion is located in the summer capital of the country, Baguio. The Mansion consists of an elegantly-designed Spanish Colonial Revival main building and a guest house. This is now one of the Tourist spots in Baguio City.

So I have an opportunity to visit this place and that time I don\’t want to miss taking a selfie as remembrance Lol!

One of the reasons why I love to visit Baguio City is because of its beautiful view and the cold weather. Also, the residence is so discipline and kind I would love to back this place again.  If I have a chance Lol! This is a great experience for me with my family. I\’ve enjoyed it a lot I highly recommend to visit Baguio City and I\’m sure you would love this place. I hope you enjoy this post!
